- Tracked parcel service, carried to EU countries only.
- Parcels are dispatched by Evri Global Connect.
- Duties & taxes included (DDP) - no import fees due.
- This service is limited to orders under €150 - please feel free to place separate orders to take advantage of the lower shipping rate.
- Delivery in approximately 1 to 2 working days for Europe.
- Express courier service, carried to EU countries only.
- Parcels are dispatched by DHL Express.
- Duties & taxes included (DDP) - no import fees due.
General Shipping Information
- Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (both UK and local) are not included as working days.
- All orders placed after 12pm GMT are regarded as being received by us on the next working day (Monday - Friday).
- No shipping services are guaranteed or time definite; all delivery estimates are guidelines and inclement weather, public holidays, and seasonal delays may affect your parcel.
- All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and are subject to assessment by your local customs authority (even orders sent duties & taxes paid). Please note customs clearance is not included in shipping estimates and can very hugely depending on seasonality and throughput.
